These are our plain-English marketplace rules. By listing or buying on Members Warehouse you agree to follow them. Our formal lawyer-reviewed version is being finalised.

These Marketplace Rules apply to everyone who lists, buys, or browses on Members Warehouse. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Members Warehouse is a connecting platform. We're not the seller, we don't handle payments, and we don't ship goods. Buyers and sellers transact directly with each other. These rules exist to keep the platform safe and fair for everyone.

โš ๏ธ Important: Members Warehouse never handles payments between buyers and sellers

All transactions happen directly between you and the other party. Use trusted payment methods such as PayID, bank transfer, or established secure payment platforms (e.g., PayPal Goods & Services). Never send cash through the post. Never share banking PINs or passwords.

7. Reporting Violations

If you see a listing that breaks these rules, please report it:

We aim to review all reports within 48 hours. We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or contact authorities depending on the severity.

8. Consequences for Breaching These Rules

We use our judgement based on severity. Genuine mistakes are treated differently from deliberate breaches.

9. Cooperation With Authorities

Members Warehouse will cooperate with Australian Federal Police, state police, ACCC, OAIC, ASIC, and other authorised regulators when:

10. Disputes Between Members

Members Warehouse is not a court, mediator, or insurance provider. We don't resolve disputes between buyers and sellers about goods, services, or payments.

11. Changes to These Rules

We may update these rules from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of Members Warehouse after changes means you accept the updated rules.
