Does Members Warehouse handle payments?
No — Members Warehouse is a connecting platform. You arrange payment with your customers directly (PayID, your own Stripe checkout, bank transfer, cash on pickup, whatever works for you). We never touch the money.
Do you handle delivery or shipping?
No — that's between you and your customer. Whether you offer pickup only, local delivery, or postage Australia-wide is your choice. We provide the listing and contact pathway.
What about returns and refunds?
Returns and refunds are between you and the customer. You set your own returns policy on your store page. Standard Australian Consumer Law applies — we don't override that.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes — Member Stores is for verified Australian businesses. We check your ABN at abr.business.gov.au before approving applications. If you don't have one yet, you can apply free at abr.gov.au (takes 15 minutes).
When does it launch?
We're accepting applications now. Founding stores will go live within a few weeks. Early applicants get founder pricing locked in for 12 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month subscription, cancel anytime. Your products will be moved to drafts (not deleted) so you can reactivate later if you want.
What can't I sell on Members Warehouse?
No weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, tobacco/vapes, alcohol, pornographic content, recalled products, or anything illegal. See our
