Yes, absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my listing limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan or remove an existing listing before publishing a new one. We never automatically charge you more.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers send inquiries directly through the listing page. You receive a notification email and can reply from your dashboard — your personal email is never shared publicly.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees and no contracts. MEMBERS WAREHOUSE is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time and your listings stay active until the end of your paid period.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure Stripe checkout. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
