Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe — one of the largest, most secure payment processors in the world (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Members Warehouse never sees or stores your card details.

Refund Policy

✅ Refunds available for

  • First 7 days of any new monthly subscription (full refund)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service unavailability lasting more than 24 hours
  • Failure to deliver promised features
  • Where required by Australian Consumer Law (consumer guarantees)

❌ Refunds NOT available for

  • Quick Sale listings once they go live
  • Partial unused months on monthly subscriptions (after 7-day window)
  • Featured listing add-ons once applied
  • Annual subscription remainder (after 7 days from purchase)
📋 Australian Consumer Law Our refund policy doesn't override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If we breach a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. See ACCC website for details.

Cancelling a Subscription

Log into your account Visit dashboard.html.

Go to Billing settings billing.html in the menu.

Click "Cancel subscription" Confirms with a popup.

Confirmation email sent Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Failed Payments

If your card is declined, Stripe automatically retries 3 times over 7 days. We'll email you each time. After 3 failures:

  • Your subscription is paused
  • Your listings stay live for 7 more days (grace period)
  • After grace period, listings are hidden until you update payment
  • No data is deleted — you can resume any time by updating payment

Invoices & Receipts

Every charge sends a receipt to your account email. To view past invoices:

  1. Log in → Billing settings
  2. Click "Manage subscription"
  3. Stripe portal shows full payment history
  4. Download any invoice as PDF

Tax (GST)

All prices on Members Warehouse are GST inclusive (AUD). Invoices include a GST breakdown for accounting purposes. ABN: 80232779221.
