How Billing Works
- Price: $6.99 AUD per month
- Billing: Monthly, in advance
- Payment processor: Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1)
- Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay
- First charge: Immediately on signup
- Recurring: Same date each month
Updating Payment Details
If your card expires or you want to switch cards, you can update payment details via the Stripe customer portal:
- Log into your Members Warehouse account
- Go to Billing settings
- Click "Manage payment method"
- Stripe portal opens โ update card details
Cancelling Your Subscription
๐ Important
Cancelling stops future charges but you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for partial months.
- Log in to your account
- Go to Billing settings
- Click "Cancel subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email
- Access continues until end of current month, then expires
Refund Policy
- ๐ข 7-day refund โ If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund
- ๐ก Partial months โ Generally not refunded after the 7-day window (see exceptions below)
- ๐ด After 7 days โ Refunds at our discretion for specific issues
Exceptions where we WILL refund
- Service was unavailable for more than 24 hours
- Critical bug prevented you from using the quote system
- Duplicate charge or billing error
- Required by Australian Consumer Law
How to request a refund
Email admin@memberswarehouse.com.au with:
- Your account email
- Date of charge you're disputing
- Reason for refund request
We respond within 2 business days.
Upgrading to Tradie Pack
If you decide you want job leads + a public profile, you can upgrade to Tradie Pack ($79/mo) any time. Your Quote Tool subscription auto-cancels and you get the full platform.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), Stripe retries 3 times over a week. After that, your subscription pauses and you lose access until you update your payment method.
